Terms & Conditions
Allow 7-10 business days for shipment on all artwork purchased. Each piece is carefully wrapped, packaged, and handled with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email for all purchases.
During holidays, please allow 10-14 business days for tracking information to be provided.
If the shipment is left outside, dropped off, and left unattended, Reflections is not liable for any damage done to the artwork or if the package goes missing. Please make plans to be at home or have someone on hand on the day of delivery. Delivery date based on tracking through USPS.
Any commission of $300 or less will need to be paid in full at the time of agreement.
Any commissions above $300 will be in two (2) payments:
* A 50% non-refundable deposit of half the total cost is required day of commission.
* The final payment is due once completed.
Please note: Artwork will not ship until the commission is paid in full.
If at any point during the commission process, you cannot pay the remaining balance or refuse to pay the balance owed within 30-days of the artwork completion or ignore contacts, Any & All payments paid to the artist are forfeit! Any artwork that is not paid for in full is the property of the artist and may be sold.
All commissions are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
** We strive to package all shipments with as much care and protection as possible. Once the package is in the care of the USPS, any issues and/or damage are beyond our control.
There are no refunds unless the package is damaged during delivery. You will have to provide pictures of all packaging and canvas. After a determination is made on the damage, Reflections would only refund the product cost. No shipping costs are refunded.
