Shipping
Allow 7-10 business days for shipment on all artwork purchased. Each piece is carefully wrapped, packaged, and handled with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email for all purchases.
During holidays, please allow 10-14 business days for tracking information to be provided.
I am not liable for any damage done if the shipment is left outside, dropped off, left unattended, or if the package goes missing. Please make plans to be at home or have someone on hand on the day of delivery. Delivery date based on tracking through USPS.
Returns & Refunds
** I strive to pack all shipments with as much care and protection as possible. Once USPS takes possession of the package, any issues and/or damage are beyond my control.
There are no refunds unless the package is damaged during delivery. You will have to provide pictures of all packaging and canvas. After a determination is made on the damage, only the product cost would be refunded not shipping costs.
